Prayer in this petition is for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.97 dated 01.04.2016, under Sections 304B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Panipat.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter is listed before the learned trial court for recording of the statement of the accused petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. Trial is at the fag end. I do not find any ground to afford the concession of bail pending trial to the petitioner, at this stage.

Dismissed.
