The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to grant benefit of seniority and notional benefit of pay fixation to the petitioner as granted to similarly situated employees. 2.
Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, a representation dated 07.03.2025, Annexure P-5, has been submitted, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 07.03.2025 within a period of 6 MOHIT 2025.05.06 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-12611-2025 (O&M) -2months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
