(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the official respondent No. 3 to take action on the representation dated 13.12.2017 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner herein as till date no action has been taken by respondent No.3 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the representation dated 13.12.2017 (Annexure P-4) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.
