Versus
State of Punjab and others ..... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: None for the petitioners.
Ms. Bhavna Gupta, DAG, Punjab.
RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and not to harass them in any manner at the instance of respondents No. 5 to 7.
On instructions from ASI Tarsem Sharma, learned State counsel contends that the instant petition has rendered infructuous as the representation moved by the petitioners has been dealt with and the same has been filed finding no substance in the same. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
