Dua, Advocate, enters appearance for the respondent.

On 11.08.2021, the following order was passed:- This is wife's petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking the transfer of petition, bearing HMA No.1261/2021 filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from Ludhiana to Mansa. It has been asserted that the respondent is already defending the following three proceedings at Budhlada/Mansa:-

1. A complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005;

2. A petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C.; and,

3. A criminal complaint under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC. Notice of motion for 25.08.2021.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to serve the respondent through his counsel in the trial Court.

TA-692-2021 (O&M) Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, is ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Mansa. The transferor Court is requested to remit the case file to the transferee Court forthwith. The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, Mansa, on 08.09.2021 who will either decide the matter himself or assign it to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Mansa.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
