Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondent Nos 1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as her family members at the hands of private respondents. As per reply filed by the learned State counsel, after the petitioner moved an application against respondent Nos. 5 to 7, F.I.R No. 02 dated 07.01.2017 was registered under Sections 363/366/368/376D/384/313/506/120-B IPC and Section 66-A/66-E of I.T Act was registered against them. The police conducted the investigation and recovered CD and mobile phone and recorded the statement of witnesses. The medical examination of the victim was got conducted and statement of the victim was got recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and she was handed over to GAURAV ARORA 2017.05.24 14:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-9612 of 2017 husband. The offences under Section 66-A of I.T Acdt were subtracted from F.I.R. Now a Special Investigation Team was constituted on 20.01.2017. The wife of accused NO. 5 and 6 were joined investigation and she was interrogated.

In view of the detailed investigation conducted by the police, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
