(Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that a wrong affidavit was filed by respondents No.4 and 5, while approaching this Court seeking protection and as a matter of fact marriage between the present petitioner Satish and Sonam - respondent No.4 was subsisting at the time of filing of the petition, when she had sworn an affidavit that she was un-married. A further direction has been sought for registration of FIR under Sections 494, 120-B IPC. As far as registration of FIR under Section 494 IPC is concerned, the offence is non-cognizable.
