Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial inquiry into the representation dated 05.11.2018 (Annexure P5) made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made representation dated 05.11.2018 (Annexure P5) before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but the same has not been decided as yet and no action has been taken thereon. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner would be satisfied if the said representation is looked into and required action is taken thereon.
