(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 not to humiliate and harass the petitioner at the instance of private respondent. And further to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Phagwara, District Kapurthala, is directed to look into the matter, in a time-bound manner.

There is no representation moved on behalf of the petitioner to any of the police authorities. Therefore, instant petition is liable to be dismissed.
