SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) This is second petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.152 dated 06.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station, Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC.

This Court vide orders dated 05.05.2025 and 06.05.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 06.05.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4.
