This is a petition for anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 229 dated 20.6.2020, under Sections 5/13(2) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Sections 11/59/60 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Sections 188 and 120-B IPC. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would surrender before the authorities. His prayer is that application for regular bail of the petitioner be decided expeditiously.
