**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of order dated 20.2.2013 (Annexure P-5) passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class vide which petitioners were declared proclaimed offenders in FIR No. 16 dated 16.2.2001 registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1).

On the last date of hearing, petitioners were ordered to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 28.3.2018. The petitioners had appeared before the Court below and were admitted on interim bail. Copy of the order has been placed on record. Interim bail granted by the Court below vide order dated 28.3.2018 is made absolute.
