(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the official respondent No. 2 to enquire into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the detailed representation dated 30.08.2016 (Annexure P-3) and reminder dated 11.04.2017 (Annexure P-5) served upon the respondents as till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 30.08.2016 (Annexure P-3) and reminder dated 11.04.2017 (Annexure P-5) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
