Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition may be disposed of in terms of Sunil Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others, 2025 SCC OnLine P&H 2875 and Sunil Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, 2025 SCC OnLine P&H 12547. He further submits that petitioner has already been subjected to physical test and State has already complied with the orders passed in the aforesaid cases. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that as per his information, till date State has not assailed the aforesaid orders and as on date, case of the petitioner is covered by aforesaid orders.
