No one is present on behalf of the petitioners today. The record shows that the petitioners were unrepresented on the last date also. It is submitted by the learned State counsel that both the petitioners had intimated the police authorities that they do not require any protection now, since they do not apprehend any danger to their life and liberty, at this stage, after having shifted to Chandigarh where they are now residing in a rented accommodation. Copies of their affidavits, to this effect signed by the petitioners, are also produced before this Court, while are taken on record.
