**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to select him for the post of PGT Hindi except District Mewat (Rest of Haryana) under SC category.

The petitioner applied for the post of PGT Hindi except District Mewat (Rest of Haryana) under SC category, for which final result has been declared on 10.12.2018 (P-7). The petitioner has secured 102 marks in written examination and the last candidate who has been selected has secured 120 marks under SC category.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he was entitled for marks of experience, as he had the experience.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.
