In view of orders of even date passed in CRM-M-27802 of 2020 (Mohd. Dilshan & Ors. Vs. State of Punjab), wherein the present petitioner along with his co-accused have sought the bail in same very FIR, which has been dismissed on merits, learned counsel requests for withdrawing the instant petition.
