Despite pass over, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As per order passed by this Court on 30.05.2019, petitioner was directed to appear before the learned trial Court and get his statement and that of respondent recorded by the learned trial Judge. But as per report dated 12.09.2019, received from the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur through the learned District & Sessions Judge, parties failed to before the learned trial Judge for getting recorded their statements. More so, petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.

As such, present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
