This Court vide order dated 31.05.2019 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court on 12.06.2019 for recording their statements with regard to the compromise subject to deposit of costs of Rs.50,000/- to be credited in the account of State of Punjab.

None had appeared on the next dates of hearing i.e. on 12.12.2019, 05.09.2022, 29.11.2022 and 16.03.2023. The positon remains the same even today.

It appears that the petitioner is not keen to pursue the present matter. 4.
