Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take necessary action in accordance with law including grant of adequate protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of private respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has moved representation Annexure P-1, but no action has been taken thereupon.
