Through the present petition, which has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 03 dated 04.01.2017, registered under Section 364/34 IPC, at Police Station Uchana, District Jind.

At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Mehar, submits that after investigation, the prosecution has prepared a cancellation report and would be shortly submitting the same before the competent Court.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, does not press the present petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
