(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant 1st and 2nd ACP after completion of 10 and 20 years of service in the department as per Assured Career Progression Scheme, 1998 and revised pensionary benefits. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in Prem Paul and others v. The Managing Director, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and others, CWP No.14580 of 2006 decided on 07.05.2008, which has been placed on record as Annexure RAVINDER SINGH 2015.02.26 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondents failed to distinguish the present case from the judgment of Division Bench in Prem Paul's case (supra).

Thus, present writ petition is disposed of in same terms as held in Prem Paul's case (supra). Benefits accruing to the petitioner, in terms of Prem Paul's case (supra), be paid to him within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
