**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking directions to the official respondents to register an FIR against respondent No. 4.

I have heard the counsel for the petitioner at length. A complaint was given by the petitioner on 28.10.2017 on the basis of which the police had challaned Amit Kapila under Section 107, 151 Cr.P.C. The complainant again approached the police seeking enquiry by the senior officers and enquiry was conducted and the witnesses presented by the complainant was examined and thereafter the police has given its report that no further action is required.

In these circumstances, no further directions can be given. The petitioner has a remedy and can avail the same. The petition is disposed of.
