Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that a judicial enquiry has been marked in the present case and the National Human Rights Commission is also seized of the matter, therefore, the appropriate interim directions can be passed by the National Human Rights Commission. He further points out that a sum of `5,00,000/- (Rupees five lacs only) as interim relief has already been paid to the petitioners.
