AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J. (ORAL) Status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Charan Singh, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail, Gurugram, in compliance with the order dated 01.09.2021, passed by this Court, received through e-mail from learned counsel for the State, is taken on record. As per the status report, the factum of bad health of mother of the petitioner is not disputed. It is further stated that petitioner is to surrender on 03.10.2021 i.e. in 3rd phase.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that keeping in view the seriousness of the health of the mother, parole of the petitioner be extended up to 15.10.2021, so that he can take care of her. In the light of the above factual position as is borne out from RISHU KATARIA 2021.09.14 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-7546-2021 -2the status report which has been submitted, prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the parole of the petitioner is extended from 03.10.2021 to 15.10.2021, on which date he shall surrender to the Superintendent, District Jail, Gurugram.

The present writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms.
