The prayer in the Criminal Writ Petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent Nos.2 to 6 to protect the life and property of the petitioners which is in danger at the hands of respondent Nos.7 to 11.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3.
The learned State counsel submits that the present petition stems out of a property dispute between the parties. As such, no cognizable offence has been found to be made out. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies in accordance with law.
