Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 who is posted at Police Station City Raikot, Ludhiana because of his illicit relations with respondent No.5 with whom the petitioner has litigation, is harassing the petitioner and threatening to implicate him in a false case. Representations (Annexures P-5 and P-6) made to police authorities remained unattended. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the relief claimed in this petition only for direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Jagraon to look into the representations (Annexures P-5 and P-6) and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to look into the representations (Annexures P-5 and P-6) made by petitioner and take Sachin Mehta 2017.03.27 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
