This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of the FIR No.109 dated 28.10.2024 under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/191(3)/190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Division No.3, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file afresh after arraying all the concerned parties in terms of dicta of judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M No.48043 of 2023, titled Rakesh Das v. State of Haryana and another, decided on 12.11.2024.
