***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel making appearance for respondents No.1 and 2, through video conferencing, submits that the respondents shall withdraw the suit pending before learned Trial Court, within a period of seven days from today onwards.

In view of the submission made aforesaid, counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, respondents No.1 and 2 shall remain bound by the undertaking, so given by their counsel.
