Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant interest at the rate of 24% per annum on leave encashment from the date of retirement till the date of payment. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are not considering the petitioner's claim nor taking action on his representation. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 26.11.2022 (Annexure P-11), in a time bound manner. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 26.11.2022, shall be decided by respondent No.2 expeditiously. 5.
