(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Ajay Kumar @ Monu Morran in case FIR No.356 dated 09.11.2007 registered under Section 61(i) (a)/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act at Police Station Saleem Tabri, LudhianaCity. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 20.02.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
