M/s Sharda Ayurvedic Pharmacy being Management, has filed present writ petition for quashing of the order dated 21.07.2011 (Annexure P-10) whereby application for setting aside the ex parte order dated 07.08.2009 was dismissed.

Order dated 07.08.2009 (Annexure P-2) has also been challenged which has been passed under Section 33C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Perusal of the file shows that none appeared on 27.01.2014, 24.02.2015 and again on 11.07.2023, no one had put an appearance on behalf of the parties on account of the resolution of the Bar.
