RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that FIR No. 118 dated 01.12.2017, under Sections 323, 341, 336, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Sadar Sangrur, District Sangrur, in which the petitioner has sought pre-arrest bail has been quashed by this Court, vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-2454-2018. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
