**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 1058 dated 20.9.2017 registered at Police Station Faridabad Central under Sections 323, 506, 376 IPC.

Power of attorney has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since September 2017 and the statement of the complainant has been recorded.

The complainant had made allegations that the petitioner had been threatening and had been molesting her for the last over a year. The victim is major and her statement has been recorded in the trial.
