(ORAL) Petition herein is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 to 5 by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib vide order dated 05.04.2023 in case FIR No.42 dated 08.03.2023 under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Having argued the matter at some length, when this Court showed its disinclination to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the Court below which originally granted the bail.
