    Present:- Mr. Ashok Molik, Mr. Vishisht and Mr. Yash Srivastav Advocates for the petitioners.

   $ #  Petitioners, who were permitted to be impleaded as party by learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi ('DRAT') in appeal No.RA/136/2022, seek a direction to learned DRAT to dispose of the said appeal expeditiously and in a time bound manner and definitely within a period of 3 months.

Learned counsel for petitioners referrs to various orders passed by learned DRAT in appeal No.RA/136/2022 and submits that no effective hearing has been carried out.

Having heard learned counsel for petitioners, we do not find the necessity of issuing a specific direction to learned DRAT for disposal SANDEEP 2024.05.28 10.43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-12583-2024 -2of the matter within a particular period of time. However, in case requisite application is filed by petitioners before learned DRAT or mentioning in accordance with procedure followed before said Tribunal is made for expeditious disposal of the appeal, learned DRAT would look into the matter and take action in accordance with law especially keeping in view the letter and spirit of the
