$ # Petitioners, who were permitted to be impleaded as party by learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi ('DRAT') in appeal No.RA/136/2022, seek a direction to learned DRAT to dispose of the said appeal expeditiously and in a time bound manner and definitely within a period of 3 months.

Learned counsel for petitioners referrs to various orders passed by learned DRAT in appeal No.RA/136/2022 and submits that no effective hearing has been carried out.

Having heard learned counsel for petitioners, we do not find the necessity of issuing a specific direction to learned DRAT for disposal SANDEEP 2024.05.28 10.43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
