The petitioner has filed the instant revision petition against the judgment dated 16.11.2016 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, affirming the judgment and order of sentence dated 14.03.2015 of the learned trial Court, Ludhiana, convicting and sentencing him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, was dismissed. 2.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 19.07.2017 of this Court has been complied with. He has produced the certified copies of (i) order dated 10.08.2017 of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana; (ii) application of the respondent/authorized representative-Nitin Tayal, seeking permission to disburse the amount of ` 10 lakhs in his favour and (iii) statement of the petitioner dated 10.08.2017, recorded by the learned Magistrate. The same are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Since, the full payment demanded/claimed by the respondent has been paid by the petitioner, the instant revision petition is accepted in toto. Resultantly, the impugned judgment dated dated 16.11.2016 passed by the learned Ist Appellate Court and the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 14.03.2015 passed by the learned trial Court against the revisionist-petitioner are hereby set aside. Consequently, the complaint filed by the complainant-respondent is also dismissed being fully satisfied.
