Notice of motion.

Mr.Pankaj Gupta, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and states that the matter is listed before respondent No.1 on 20.07.2022.

Having regard to the said submissions, respondent No.1 is directed to pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner on 24.02.2022 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act within one month from 20.07.2022 i.e. the date fixed before him/her, and communicate his/her decision to the petitioner. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
