This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. On the last date of hearing, since, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the parties, therefore, Registry was directed to inform both the parties about the next date of hearing. 2.
As per report of the Registry, notices issued to the appellants as well as respondents have been received back with the report that appellant No.1 and respondent No.1 have expired; appellants No.2 and 3 are not residing at the given addresses due to their marriages, appellant No.4 is duly served, whereas, respondent No.2 has been served through affixation.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the parties. 4.
In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 6.
Liberty is reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive the appeal in case any cause of action survives.
