Case has been called twice, however, even on second call, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

On the last date of hearing as well, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and on the date prior to the previous date i.e. 22.08.2024, a request for adjournment had been made by learned counsel for the petitioners. CRM-M- 27096 & 27972-2024 -2passed in CRM-M-27096-2024, the parties had been directed to get their respective statements recorded before the trial Court concerned, however, as per the report received from the learned JMIC, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, none of the parties appeared to get their respective statements recorded with respect to the purported compromise effected between them, even though the Court concerned adjourned the case on as many as six dates and gave them ample opportunities. 4.

Learned State counsel has also opposed the prayer for quashing of the FIR/DDR in question by submitting, on instructions from ASI Shinder Pal, that the petitioners are seeking partial quashing of the FIR on the basis of a compromise as all the accused have not been made party to the instant petitions.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
