AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to consider the case of petitioner and decide legal notice dated 03.03.2019, (Annexure P-5). Notice of motion.
On asking of Court, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.
Mr.Bishan Dass Rana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 03.03.2019, (Annexure P-5) in terms of order dated 10.01.2017 (Annexure P-6), within some specified time.

CWP No.16289 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 03.03.2019, (Annexure P-5) in terms of order dated 10.01.2017 (Annexure P-6) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
