Learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 and 5 has filed an application, i.e. CM-18358-CWP-2025, seeking initiation of proceedings for criminal contempt and perjury against the petitioner on the allegation that the present writ petition has been instituted on the basis of forged and fabricated documents, namely affidavit and Vakalatnama. It is averred in the application that at the time of filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner was abroad.

The petitioner, who is present in person before this Court, does not dispute the averments (supra) and seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
