A perusal of the order dated 01.03.2023 reveals that the amount of maintenance granted by the Court is only Rs.5,000/- to the daughter upto the date of attaining majority and Rs.5,000/- to the son and no amount has been granted to the wife. Aggrieved to the said order, the present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner-husband. After having carefully scanned the entire material on record and having noticed the amount lying in bank deposits of the petitioner which reflect various lakhs of rupees in his account which he has failed to explain and also taking into consideration that the husband transferred the amount of Rs.5,50,000/- in the account of his mother and thereafter, another amount of Rs.2,50,000/- has been deposited in her mother's account, reflect that the petitioner has withheld an actual income from the Court and the Court has therefore, reached to the conclusion that he must be earning at least DINESH BANSAL 2023.05.31 17:07 I attest to the accuracy of this order Chandigarh

CRR(F)-863-2023 (O&M) -22023:PHHC: 079752 Rs.60,000/- to 70,000/- per month, which cannot be said to be erroneous. Taking into consideration the overall facts of the case, no interference is warranted by this Court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
