DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) It was informed on the last date of hearing that cancellation report has been filed before the Court of competent Magistrate. This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR in question on the basis of compromise.

Since, cancellation report has already been filed, therefore, the complainant of the case will be at liberty to approach the Court of learned Area Magistrate and submit his no objection to the cancellation report. The competent Court can then take necessary action, in accordance with law.

Petitioner is also granted liberty to file fresh petition, in case cancellation report is not accepted.

Disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
