**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present writ petition is for setting aside the stipulation 7, 9 and 10 in the Advertisement (Annexure P-1), being arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice. In response to the notice, learned State Counsel has filed the short reply on behalf of respondent No.2, stating that advertisement No.BP/01/2019 (Annexure P-1) has been withdrawn, vide office order dated 03.06.2019 (Annexure R-1) and fresh advertisement No.BPS/02/2019, inviting the applications for filling the posts of Junior Residents, on contract basis (six months), by not including the guidelines of previous advertisement, was issued on 03.06.2019 and in pursuance thereto, petitioners have been selected for the aforesaid post on contract basis and joined their duties. In such circumstances, grievance of the petitioners, no longer, subsists and the present writ petition be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
