******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 108 dated 05.08.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 186, 473 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'); 25 of the Arms Act and 21/25 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. (Offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 186 IPC and 21/25 of NDPS Act were deleted later on).

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 23.03.2017.
