Seeking quashing of order dated 06.01.2024, passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana, vide which charges were framed against the petitioner, petitioners have come up before this Court by filing the present petition. 2.

Counsel for the State objected to the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that victim(s) namely Amandeep Kaur and Harmandeep Singh have not been arraigned as party-respondents and even Simranjit Singh, who is the special power of attorney holder of his wife-Amandeep Kaur, is arraigned as respondent No.2.

At this stage, petitioners' counsel wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh after arraigning all the victims as respondents. 4.
