Petitioners have filed these petitions under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.30 dated 26.02.2016 under Sections 406, 419, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City, VINEET GULATI 2019.11.20 18:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Kapurthala.
CRM-M- 25677-2019 and connected case -2Notice of motion was issued in both cases. Learned State counsel appeared and contested the petitions. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. Vide order dated 31.05.2019, interim bail was granted to petitioner-Varinder Singh @ Sodhi and vide order dated 10.06.2019, interim bail was granted to petitioner-Satnam Singh and they were directed to join the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Balwant Singh, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation. In view of the above, the petitions are allowed. The order dated 31.05.2019 passed in CRM-M-25677-2019 and order dated 10.06.2019 passed in CRM-M-26404-2019, granting interim bail to the petitioners, are made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by conditions of Sections 438(2) Cr.P.C.
