**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.27 dated 17.03.2012, under Sections 326, 323, 324 read with Section 34 IPC, Police Station Ghanie Ke Bangar, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 18.01.2018 (P-3). Pursuant to order dated 08.03.2018 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 02.04.2018 for recording their statements. Learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.456 dated 02.04.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, vide Endst. No. 7607/RKT dated 06.04.2018.

CRM-M-6794 of 2018 --2-- According to the report, ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, is satisfied that statements of parties are bona fide and are not result of any pressure or coercion etc. in any manner; compromise effected between parties is genuine and valid. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender.

In compliance of order dated 22.02.2019, receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld.Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, dated 02.04.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.27 dated 17.03.2012 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
