Parties have settled the dispute between themselves. Petitioner has paid a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- to Sh. Vijay Kumar (Legal Representative of Sh. Ved Parkash Gupta) and the matter has been settled between the parties. Both the parties express their desire that the offence be compounded in terms of Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, we accept the revision petition and set aside the orders of the courts below and acquit the petitioner of the charge levelled. Revision petition is, accordingly, accepted.
